I began working with nei in 2018. For me, it has been a journey of learning and growth. I started vanilla farming through nei. As I enjoy engaging in agricultural activities, it was easy for me to venture into this sector. One of the main advantages of working with nei is that we use organic farming methods, so we do not rely on chemical pesticides. This reduces costs and health risks. Vanilla farming has helped me sustain my livelihood. Although the income is currently lower than it was initially, it still supports us in meeting household needs, such as buying food and other essentials. The major challenges are declining vanilla prices and plant diseases.
