ISM Cologne is one of the world’s largest trade shows for sweets and snacks. From 2-5 February 2025, ISM brought together more than 1,500 companies from 70 countries – including NEI – and 32,000 trade visitors.

VP Global Sales and Marketing Nicoletta Beatrice represented us at the stand run by German Import Promotion Desk, which supports companies from emerging markets looking to tap into Europe – alongside other natural ingredient suppliers. This international event was an ideal opportunity to dive deeper into cocoa – as we begin to develop our range of cocoa ingredients solutions – as well as better understand the latest market trends, reinforce our network and boost brand visibility.

This was the first of many trade events that we’ll be attending in 2025, as we continue to reinforce distribution in Europe and look to develop further business in the US – with a visit to potential distributors planned in the March-April, at the SupplySide East in New Jersey. You’ll also find us at IBA in Düsseldorf, Germany (also dedicated to bakery, sweets & snacks) in May, alongside our European distributors.
