Nei was set up in 2011 as a social enterprise to support vanilla farmers and develop exciting new vanilla products. Today, we’re a team of more than 140 diverse and driven individuals. And still just as committed to creating shared value for farmers, communities and employees. Growing and processing vanilla right here in Tanzania and Uganda offers exciting opportunities to build a career aligned with your skills, experience and values. Most of our staff have been recruited locally, mainly in Tanzania and Uganda. From growing vanilla at our own plantation in Kilimanjaro to managing our finances and human resources or – moving forwards – integrating AI into our processes. More than anything, we’re looking for talented candidates who are eager to learn and good at implementing change – ideally with specific skills and on-the-ground experience, but we know that you can learn a lot on the go.
