As co-founder of nei, Silas today manages regional and ministerial-level government relations within the agriculture sector. Committed to generating the highest possible value for nei’s partner smallholder farmers, he shares his extensive experience in vanilla agronomy and farmers with the extension officers. Silas holds a B.A. in Sociology from Dar es Salaam University, and Master of Arts in Rural Development (MARD) from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).
