As co-founder of nei and Managing Director, Juan brings a diverse professional background and 12 years of experience in leadership roles in East Africa – previously as Regional Director for Grameen Foundation and deputy CEO at Equity for Tanzania Ltd. Before this, he was based in London as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co. He began his career researching graphic rendering algorithms at Matrox Graphics Inc (Canada) and Nvidia Corp (USA and UK). He holds a B.Eng. from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD.
